Join us at McMenamins Edgefield east of Portland for a day of networking, education, and reconnecting.
You know PRC loves a theme, so while we look to the future and have our meeting focused on sustainability within mobility, we can enjoy a journey to the past. What decade has sustained our attention more than the 80's! Dust off that concert T-shirt your white Miami Vice suit and let that big hair have a day out.
We will start the afternoon reconnecting over lunch and then move to our education featuring Brian Potts, EVP, The Americas at Altair Global and Eileen MacDonald, Sr Global Mobility Parter at Thermo Fisher Scientific as they lead a discussion on Sustainability within Mobility.
Several trends are converging today to highlight the importance of finding sustainable solutions for Mobility including increased societal and regulatory pressures, the expectations of younger generations in the workforce and pandemic-driven inflation and supply chain volatility. Learn about current sustainability trends relevant to the mobility industry as well as what mobility leaders are doing in their respective industries to effect change.
Then we will begin our "Sip and Swing" event, based off participant feedback from last year’s inaugural “Sip n Swing”, the PRC Board has decided to make adjustments to this year’s “Sip n Swing” format. We will be making the focus less on Golf, and more on Socializing & Fun. We have reserved the course and identified 5 holes which will be sponsored & include a unique game at each hole. Participants will be encouraged to ‘play’ each hole by receiving stamps from the respective sponsor, with prizes being given out to the ‘winners’ of each hole’s challenge. No need to carry your clubs & golf balls – those will be provided by the sponsor at each hole.
While the golf course is all levels friendly if you are not interested in the "Sip and Swing" activity you can join us in exploring the grounds of McMenamins with an onsite scavenger hunt hosted by GoGames virtual. We will break into teams and team hosts will lead their teams on a series of self-paced questions, games, activities and challenges around the property. Both activities will last around 90 minutes and come together for prizes and closing remarks.
Then enjoy an Oregon summer night at the after-party in the courtyard. Food and drinks are provided.
