Registration

  • These are members involved directly in the relocation of their organization usually in HR or Mobility Roles
  • For Employees of companies who provide services to corporations relocation programs and who have not paid annual membership dues to PRC
  • Employees of companies that provide services to companies who relocation employees. Membership must be paid and active for reduced registration rate.

Join PRC for our Spring Education Meeting. We will be enjoying an afternoon of education and networking with the fabulous view of the west hills from Amaterra Winery. 

Preliminary Agenda:

  • 1:00 - 2:00: Corporate Only Roundtable (on-site)
  • 2:00 - 3:00: Registration/Networking (appetizers)
  • 3:00 - 3:45: Welcome and Ice Breaker
  • 3:45 - 4:10: Envoy Global Immigration Trends Report - Ryan Harris, Supervising Attorney at Corporate Immigration Partners
  • 4:10 - 4:40: Guest Speakers from Greater Portland Inc (GPI). - Bret Marchant and Gigi Harker-Olguin on how GPI works to build a region that fosters upward economic mobility for individuals and prosperity for businesses.
  • 4:40 - 5:00: Networking Break (snacks)
  • 5:00 - 5:10: Raffle
  • 5:10 - 6:00: Aligning Mobility with Talent Management Panel featuring:
    • Dan Dufficy - Doordash
    • Tom Wagner - Micron
    • Tanya Mariottini - Twilio
  • 6:00 - 7:00: Raffle and Happy Hour

Attire:

At PRC we love a theme but as always participation is optional. This meeting will have a Derby theme so big hats, and bougie is welcome but so are jeans.  Even though many wineries are fairly casual these days and don’t have specific rules you’re required to follow, it’s a good idea to lean towards business causal.

Transportation/Parking:

There is limited parking up at the winery, for events they recommend carpooling or uber/lyft. We will provide a discounted Lyft code to attendees. 

Lodging:

There is no hotel attached or within walking distance to the venue. You can go East to downtown Portland The Bidwell Marriott is popular or go West to the Beaverton area for the AC Marriott Portland/Beaverton we secured a $179 rate if you book by April 21st.
