You're invited to our first-ever joint meeting with our friends at the Puget Sound Relocation Council! The first annual Cascade Conference will be hosted at The Sentinel Hotel in Portland, Oregon.
Why "Cascade Conference"?
The name reflects the natural connection between our Seattle and Portland regional groups, just as the Cascade Mountain Range links the two cities. This joint meeting celebrates our shared goals and regional unity.
We’re excited to bring our communities together right here in the Pacific Northwest. Stay tuned over the coming weeks for more details.

Get Ready to Give Back at the Cascade Conference!
We’re supporting Project 48 this year by collecting non-perishable food and toiletries for youth impacted by foster care. Bring your donations to the conference—let’s fill the truck and make a real impact!
PRC vs. PSRC: Which region can load their truck first? The loser’s president may get a sweet surprise.
Out-of-towners: Grab items at Whole Foods (1210 NW Couch St, Portland) or donate cash on-site.
Most Requested Pantry Items (organic when possible)
Jerky, pretzels, gummy bears, chips, trail mix, beans, rice, pasta, cashew butter, peanut butter, sunbutter, canned vegetables, canned/boxed soup, ramen bowls, mac and cheese (easy mac), instant potatoes, cereal, crackers.
Most Requested Toiletries (full size)
Shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, bars of soap, liquid body soap, face lotion, face wash, Aquaphor, Aquaphor sticks or Vaseline sticks, scrunchies and hairbands (for adults and kids), any hair accessories, hair brushes (like a wet brush), deodorant (men's and women's), toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, floss sticks, shaving cream, razors, kids shampoo and conditioner.
Other: Coloring books, crayons/markers, books (ages 7–23).
Plus, our popular 50/50 raffle is back—half to the winner, half to Project 48.

Cascade Conference 2025 Theme
Get ready to lean into the Pacific Northwest—this year’s Cascade Conference is all about Portland style meets PNW camping culture. Think cozy flannels, artisanal vibes, and a good dose of outdoorsy flair. Whether you’re a die-hard hiker or more of a fireside s’mores fan, you’ll fit right in.
What to Wear:
This is your chance to keep it business casual, creative, and very Pacific NW.
Flannel shirts
Birkenstocks or hiking boots
Beanies, puffy vests, or your favorite outdoorsy fleece – how is that going to happen in August? Get creative
Bonus points for socks with sandals or a vintage enamel mug.
Whether you’re presenting or just enjoying the vibe, dress to impress the trail AND the conference room.
