President – Katie Rudnick
Account Executive, PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, CRP

Katie has 24 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 18 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is an Account Executive for PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions. She held the same role at TIAA Bank for 6 years until acquired by PNC where she was awarded their Chairman's Circle recognition and spent 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Vice President  Kathryne Psihogios, CRP

Director, Relocation & Corporate Services, The Hasson Company

Kathryne has been at Hasson since 2006. Kathryne enjoys being the lead consultant in the department, conducting needs assessments, educating clients about Portland, as well as assisting in Operations, Business Development, and Account Management. She served on the PRC Board of Directors as an Education Chair prior to being elected VP. She’s also an active member of the Relocation Director’s Council. She attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). She has two young girls, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves getting outdoors and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Secretary – Mary Corrales
Director Global Business Development, Synergy Global Housing

For over twenty years, Mary (LaRocca) Corrales has been a passionate leader in the Mobility Industry. After earning her degree in English Literature from Arizona State University, Mary began her career as a Relocation Counselor, helping companies move their employees across the globe. She’s held functions in Customer Service and Sales on the Relocation Management Company side with Prudential, BGRS and Cornerstone Relocation Group. Recently, Mary has explored her interest in hospitality by joining Synergy Global Housing in 2020 as Director of Global Business Development. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga and supporting The New York Yankees.

Treasurer – Eric White
Vice President, Corporate Accounts, Chipman Relocation & Logistics

Eric has been in the transportation industry for 29 years. For the past 9 years, he has been working in the mobility space as a member of the Chipman team. Eric has been involved with the PRC for 8 years and is excited to start his first full term as a board member in 2022. When he's not fulfilling his role as account manager and problem solver, he enjoys pursuing outdoor adventures with his family. 

 Website/Technology - Michael James, CCHP
 Director of National Sales, SuiteAmerica 
   

Michael is Director of National Sales for SuiteAmerica and covers the West Coast for both Temporary Housing and Destination Services. He has been a member of the Portland Relocation Council since 2015 and a board member since 2018. Prior to joining SuiteAmerica in 2014, Michael spent most of his career in Finance where he held several positions working for a family owned community bank. In addition to his PRC involvement,  Michael is a board member for the PSRC (Puget Sound Relocation Council) in Seattle and a participant in BAMM (Bay Area Mobility Management). Outside of work, Michael enjoys adventuring with his wife and their doodle in their RV or tackling more home renovation projects. 

Events Chair – LeeAnn Larsen

District General Manager, SuiteAmerica

LeeAnn is the District General Manager for SuiteAmerica and has worked in the relocation industry for 20 years.  She resides in Beaverton with her husband of 38 years and has 5 grown children and one granddaughter.  In her spare time, LeeAnn enjoys hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.


Education Co-Chair – Patti Ward
VP, Regional Sales Manager, US Bank Relocation Mortgage, CRP  

Patti Ward has over 25 years of experience in the corporate relocation industry. She is currently Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for US Bank. where she is responsible for new business development and growth in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Patti’s relocation experience includes all facets of the industry including account management, inventory management, mentoring, training and customer service. Prior to Citigroup, Patti was Vice President, Relocation and Corporate Services for Bank of America Home Loans, and before that Senior Account Executive with Prudential Relocation where she was honored with the Chairman’s Circle and Champions of Change awards. She has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington and holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).

Education Co-Chair – Brenda Thoeny-Johnson, CRP, GMS

Director, Strategic Business Solutions, Cartus 

Brenda Thoeny-Johnson is a Director of Strategic Business Solutions at Cartus with more than a decade of mobility experience. Brenda specializes in taking a consultative approach to business development and is responsible for the procurement of new business throughout the northwest quadrant of the United States. Brenda has been recognized by her peers as a global mobility leader in the supplier space and was listed as one of the 2021 Top 100 Global Mobility Suppliers in the industry. Brenda is known for her unwavering positive attitude, and her ability to inspire those around her to reach their goals.

Social Responsibility - Sarah Moon
Talent Mobility Consultant, Nike

Sarah Moon was introduced to the relocation industry in 2015 and joined the Portland Relocation Council as a member at that time. Sarah has volunteered on the Membership Committee in 2017 and was an Education Co-chair from 2018 – 2021. Sarah is looking forward to serving as the Social Responsibility Chair and feels very passionate about this opportunity. She currently holds the role of Talent Mobility Consultant on the Nike Talent Mobility Team where she partners with HR and business leaders on strategy for Nike’s mobile workforce. 

Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and her area of focus is business leadership and human resource management.  Like many Oregonians Sarah is a transplant as she was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas but has been proud to call Oregon home since 2007. Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast, active volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank, and has a passion for photography. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, thrifting, finding hidden camping spots as well as exploring new restaurants in the Portland area.

Communications Co-Chair – Kate Tarnowksi
Global Mobility Partner, Manager, The Walt Disney Company

Kate graduated with a degree in International Studies from Loyola University Chicago and entered the mobility industry via the Intercultural and Language Training department at Cendant Mobility. She moved to Seattle, WA in support of the Microsoft account and shifted from coordinating language training programs to managing the full life cycle for new hire moves into the US and Canada. 

Following her time at Microsoft, Kate spent a year as the on-site consultant for Starbucks Coffee Company before joining the Global Mobility, Tax, and Immigration team there. During her time with Starbucks, Kate owned the domestic relocation programs (US and Canada), and supported international permanent transfers and immigration processes. Most recently, Kate has joined The Walt Disney Company as Global Mobility Partner, Manager. Throughout her career, Kate’s focus has been providing an exceptional customer experience. She prides herself on building trust and being a consistent and reliable subject matter expert. 

Communications Co-Chair - Brian Harris

Global Director, Client Services, Cartus

Brian has over 15 years of experience in the relocation industry. Brian has held several key positions in a number of strategic areas. He has worked in both international & domestic operations and has provided or managed the delivery of a variety of services including visa/immigration, global compensation and expatriate tax, home sale programs, shipment and storage of global household goods, worldwide destination services & expense management reimbursement. Brian has also assisted in implementing & maintaining international tri-regional service delivery models. Brian’s current role is that of Global Director, Client Services where he is responsible for Global Operations & Service. In this role Brian is also responsible for the majority of client facing activities, including developing & delivering business reviews, and overall client satisfaction.

Corporate Membership - Matt Allis

Talent Mobility Consultant, Nike

Matt has been a part of the mobility industry for the past ten years. Originally with Cartus, Matt consulted on varying accounts from emerging markets to global leaders such as Electronic Arts, Textron, NIKE and more. In 2018 Matt and his family relocated to support in the creation of the NIKE On-site program on behalf of Cartus in partnership with the NIKE Talent Mobility team at their world headquarters in Beaverton, OR. After a rewarding few years growing the on-site program to a global presence Matt took a position with Vestas Wind Technologies representing their mobility function for North America. In what is now a full circle, Matt recently accepted a role with NIKE to join their Talent Mobility consulting team. He lives in Beaverton, OR with his wife and two amazing daughters, three dogs and two cats. Matt is very excited to support PRC by representing their new role as the Corporate Membership Chair!

William Taylor is Head of Partnerships at Relocity, a technology company that has transformed destination services.  Prior to joining Relocity, William was Head of Global Mobility at Adobe.  He is a licensed immigration attorney and practiced law at a distinguished, global immigration firm.

William served as President, Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) from 2016-2017, and served on the BAMM Board for eight years. He is a well-recognized leader in the Global Mobility industry and a frequent speaker at industry events, including Worldwide ERC, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Atlas Forum, Forum for Expatriate Management, Bay Area Mobility Management, HR West (NCHRA), and many regional Global Mobility organizations.  William has been recognized for his contributions to the industry with a Meritorious Service Award from the Worldwide ERC.

Vini Valverde is the Director, Global Mobility for UPS; where he oversees Global Mobility, Expat Tax and Immigration programs. Vini has over 15 years of industry experience in various Mobility roles including being an expat, worked for a relocation management provider and on the corporate HR side (for the past 10 years). Vini Valverde is a passionate global mobility professional who is very involved in our mobility community. He is the Sponsorship co-chair at Portland Relocation Council; Senator/Ambassador for Global Mobility Journeys; also past-President for Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. He has been guest lecturer at Universities. Most recently, he was selected as The Most Admired Global Mobility Corporate Professional of 2022. Vini was born in Brazil and has lived more than half of his life outside of his home country. Bylaws Chair - Rob Archibald

President, Archibald Relocation and Real Estate Services

Rob Archibald currently leads Archibald Relocation and Real Estate Services as acting President based in Portland, OR. He oversees business development, client management, team development, and brand strategy with an eye on the future of relocation. He is also an active member of the Relocation Director’s Council. Prior to Archibald Relocation, Rob served as Brand Director at Wieden+Kennedy advertising. Over the course of 10 years he worked on Nike, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Powerade accounts. Rob finds passion in helping people, furthering the “employee experience” in relocation, the outdoors and fly fishing in his spare time.

Past President/Chairperson – Deb Convery

Sr Director, Global Mobility & Immigration, Stripe, SPHR, GMS

Deb Convery, GMS-T, SPHR has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and is currently the Senior Director of Global Mobility and Immigration at Stripe. Deb has held prior roles at Peloton Interactive, Nike, Amazon, T-Mobile, and Starbucks. In addition to Global Mobility, Deb has an extensive background in Talent Acquisition. Deb graduated from George Fox University with a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and is a certified Sr. Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Mobility Specialist, Talent Management (GMS-T). Deb is actively involved in the Mobility community. She is an Advisory Board Member for the Relocation Directors Council, Global Mobility Executive, and Benivo Changemakers and is serving as a Council Member for Worldwide ERC’s inaugural Sustainability Advisory Council. Deb has served on the Puget Sound (formerly Pacific Northwest) Relocation Council and the Portland Relocation Council board of directors, and is currently serving as Past President of PRC. Deb was also recognized in 2021 and 2020 as one of the most admired Global Mobility Professional’s in the world.
