This led to roles in Corporate Wellness, Worklife Balance programming, and International Benefits, which created the path to Global Mobility and an 18 year run (so far) in this crazy profession. Although he’s served on many boards in various capacities, this is Tom’s first appointment to an ERC regional board and he’s excited to be a part of this amazing group. Some of Tom’s favorite activities to help with his work-life balance include visiting with friends and family, dirt biking, skiing, tending to his grapevines, playing soccer, and climbing onto the pickleball bandwagon.
