President – Debbie Convery
Director, Mobility Strategy & ProgramsNike, Inc., SPHR, GMS

Debbie Convery currently leads the Talent Mobility Strategy & Programs team at Nike, Inc. based out of Beaverton, OR. She oversees strategy, program design, policies, processes, practices and vendor management for the Mobility functional practices including Immigration, Relocation and Tax (in partnership with HR Compliance). Prior to her position at Nike, Debbie managed Global Mobility and Immigration programs for several leading multinationals including Amazon and T-Mobile and has an extensive background in Talent Acquisition.

Vice President – Katie Rudnick

Director, National Accounts, TIAA Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, CRP

Katie has 22 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 16 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is Director, National Accounts for TIAA Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions. Prior to joining  TIAA Bank she served as Director, Sales and Account Management for Premia Relocation Mortgage and spent 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Secretary – Alex Paja
Personal Move Manager, Archibald Relocation and Real Estate Services

Alex has worked as a Personal Move Manager with Archibald Relocation and Real Estate Services for more than four years. He currently represents Archibald with direct client account management, organizing a multitude of relocating employees’ logistics and handling internal special projects/marketing. Alex worked with New World Van Lines in Chicago prior to moving to Portland as an Internal Auditor, and prior to that as a Move Coordinator. He has received his Bachelors with a focus in Technical Writing from Western Washington University. He continues to pursue his passions for greater customer service, efficiency and success in his role as Portland Relocation Council Secretary.

Past President – Wendy Sanman
Global Account Director, Oakwood 

Wendy is the Global Account Director on the West Coast managing global mobility programs, intern groups, training teams, and extended business travel for her Fortune 500 clients. Wendy is celebrating 25 years of service with Oakwood. Wendy is one of the original founding members of Portland Relocation Council. She divides her time between the travel industry and the global mobility industry. Wendy is the Education Director at Oregon Business Travel Association for GBTA. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon, an Oregonian, fitness enthusiast, loves working in the yard, cooking, and mentoring others.

Communications Chair - Lindsay Ford

Founder, Sprout Tours

Lindsay Ford is the founder of Sprout Tours, a Northwest Company that provides custom rental advisory services and settling in assistance on a digital platform. For the past 8 years her team has helped thousands of individuals get settled quickly and efficiently by creating unique, fun and local tour experiences in Washington, Oregon, Utah and Idaho. Lindsay serves as Secretary for the Portland Relocation Council, she also currently serves on the board of the Oregon Humane Society. 

Treasurer – Michael James

Director of National Sales, CCHP SuiteAmerica

Michael is Director of National Sales for SuiteAmerica and covers the Pacific Northwest for both Temporary Housing and Destination Services. He has been a member of the Portland Relocation Council since 2015 and a board member since 2018. Prior to joining SuiteAmerica in 2014, Michael spent most of his career in Finance where he held several positions working for a family owned community bank. In addition to attending PRC, Michael is an active member of the PNwRC in Seattle. .

Events Chair LeeAnn Larsen

District General Manager, SuiteAmerica

LeeAnn is the District General Manager for SuiteAmerica and has worked in the relocation industry for 20 years.  She resides in Beaverton with her husband of 35 years and has 5 grown children. LeeAnn enjoys the corporate housing world and being part of a team that provides an awesome relocation experience for all their guests.

Education Co-Chair –
Kathryne Psihogios
Senior Relocation Specialist, Hasson Relocation, CRP

Kathryne Psihogios, CRP is Hasson Relocation’s Senior Relocation Specialist. She has been at Hasson since 2006. Kathryne enjoys being the lead consultant in the department, conducting needs assessments, educating clients about Portland, as well as assisting in Operations, Business Development, and Account Management. She’s also an active member of the Relocation Director’s Council. She attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). She has two young girls, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves getting outdoors and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Education Co-Chair – Sarah Moon

Talent Mobility Advisor, Cartus 

Sarah Moon was introduced to the relocation industry in 2015 and joined the Portland Relocation Council as a member at that time. Sarah volunteered on the membership education committee in 2017 and is now one of the education co-chairs for 2018. She currently holds the role of Talent Mobility Advisor on the Nike Talent Mobility Team where she is responsible for managing the domestic relocation program supporting the US, Canada, and Mexico.  Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and her area of focus is in business leadership and human resource management.  Like many Oregonians Sarah is a transplant as she was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas but has been proud to call Oregon home for over 11 years. Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast, active volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank, and has a passion for photography. In her personal time she enjoys going to concerts, beach combing, and exploring new restaurants in the Portland area.

Membership Chair – Jessica Mack
Business Development Manager - Oregon, Paragon Corporate Housing

Jessica is a long-time resident of Oregon with more than 20 years in hospitality. As Business Development Manager for Paragon Corporate Housing, she is dedicated to helping clients live like they're home, even when they're not. Jessica joined PRC in 2013, volunteering in various roles. 

Sponsorship Chair – Scott O’Neill
Vice President of Business Development, The Suddath Companies, CRP

With over 23 years’ experience in the relocation and household goods industry, Scott has extensive experience assisting clients and providing innovative solutions to their mobility needs. Currently, he is the Senior Vice President, Business Development for The Suddath Companies supporting their Suddath, Sterling Lexicon, and Sterling Xpress solutions. Scott is an active member of Worldwide ERC, as well as and several other regional groups and holds his CRP and GMS-T designations. He is the Co-Founder of the Portland Relocation Council and served as the PRC’s first President of the Board. Scott is a graduate from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing.

Social Responsibility Chair -- Ryan Tablet

Account Executive, AFR Furniture Rentals

Ryan is the consummate Brand Ambassador. Originally from Nevada, she started her career as Promotions Director for a local radio station in Reno where she organized concerts and events. Her love for staying in front of the public eye also led to opportunities in modeling, hotel management and most recently, the furniture rental industry.  Ryan has combined her talent for style, design and empathy for others by working everyday with people who are relocating to Portland or trying to stage their homes for sale. In her free time, Ryan finds time to connect with her two boys, age 16 and 18, husband of over 18 years, and two adorable dogs named Hooch and Halo that are sensations on her Facebook page.  Ryan is honored to be part of the Portland Relocation Council Board and she is ready to make a notable difference in the next two years.

Bylaws Chair - Patti Ward
VP, Regional Sales Manager, US Bank Relocation Mortgage, CRP

Patti Ward has over 25 years of experience in the corporate relocation industry. She is currently Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for US Bank. where she is responsible for new business development and growth in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Patti’s relocation experience includes all facets of the industry including account management, inventory management, mentoring, training and customer service. Prior to Citigroup, Patti was Vice President, Relocation and Corporate Services for Bank of America Home Loans, and before that Senior Account Executive with Prudential Relocation where she was honored with the Chairman’s Circle and Champions of Change awards. She has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington and holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
